Shipping - All Items in your Order, In-Stock and Pre-Order will ship when Pre-Order arrives. 

Payments - We will try 3 times to process a failed payment, once a week. We will cancel after 3 attempt.  We will send an invoice each attempt that can be paid from. 

Refunds/Cancel - Email us at address above with Order # for Pre Order Cancel. In-stock/Shipped Refunds will require product shipped back, and a 35% restocking fee.  Case by case basis pending on situation.
