Shipping Policy

At On The Shelf Toys, we know you're excited to get your hands on your new gear. We strive to process orders quickly and transparently so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 to 60 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

  • Please note that during high-volume seasons (such as the holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days after processing.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we will contact you within our 48–60 hour processing window to request an alternative address.

5. Damages & Issues

On The Shelf Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

We currently [offer / do not offer] international shipping.

7. Pre-Order Items

We occasionally offer highly anticipated items for Pre-Order. These items are not currently in stock but are available for purchase to secure your unit.

  • Shipping Timeline: Pre-order items will be shipped once the product is physically in our warehouse. The estimated arrival date will be noted on the product page, but please be aware that manufacturer delays can occur.

  • Processing: Once the stock arrives, your order will enter our standard 48–60 hour processing window to be prepared for shipment.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

  • Payment: Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your item.
