  • 14-Day Limit: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Photo Requirement: Customers must provide clear photos of the item’s condition prior to return approval.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Final Sale: Items designated as "Featured Final Sale" or marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
