Your next shelf addition is on its way
Thanks for shopping with On The Shelf Toys! Here’s how to check your order and follow each shipment.
Find your order updates
Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order to access your secure order status page. If prompted, log in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
Once tracking has been added, select the tracking number or carrier link on your order status page for the carrier’s latest updates. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find your confirmation email.
Waiting on a preorder?
A preorder confirmation does not mean your item has shipped. Tracking becomes available after your shipment is prepared and tracking is added. Check the product’s preorder information and any updates we’ve sent for the expected release or shipping window.
More than one package?
Your order may ship in separate packages. Your order status page shows separate sections for multiple shipments, with tracking as it becomes available. A shipping update for one package does not mean every item in your order has shipped.
Tracking not moving yet?
A tracking number can appear before the carrier reports that the package is in transit. Use the carrier link to check for the latest scan and delivery information.

Contact us if you can’t access your order, your expected shipping window has passed without an update, or tracking shows a delivery problem. Reply to your order confirmation email and include your order number so we can help.
